About Our Company
Laurel Property Services, Inc. has been in business since 1988. Our management division began with an inventory of 65 units. Current management includes 350 units, which includes; single-family homes, condos, townhomes, apartment complexes and small office buildings. We market and lease properties, renting to qualified residents at market rates to assure the owner a return on their investments. For those owners that want full service management, we will maintain the property to the areas standards while striving to keep costs low. Our belief is that every house is a home and every home needs a caring resident.
Laurel Property Services, Inc. is a member of the Golden Chamber of Commerce and The Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau. Our company participates in many Golden based activities including Buffalo Bills Days Parade and the annual Candlelight walk. As an office we participate in helping Habitat for Humanity build homes and donates money to the Susan G. Komen, breast cancer research foundation each year to remember their past owner Laurie Johnson.
Sondra L. Welsh, owner of the company, is a licensed real estate broker and Realtor. The past president of the Denver Chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). She has also served as secretary, vice president and president elect of this association. She attends their leadership, national and local meetings and feels the education she receives is invaluable. A devoted mother of one. She is also a volunteer at the Golden Police Department.
