Prospective Owner Survey

Laurel Properties hire me on as their landscape contractor 8 years ago or so, and it has been amazing. If an owner wants something done or a tenant or other contractor notices something that needs attention, it's quick and easy communication of what needs to be looked at and taken care of at a property. Sometimes when I'm going from one job to another or just scooting around town and see something at one of the properties. It's a quick call or text to get a work order put in for me to get a reminder to go take a closer look and get the issue repaired. They also have always understood that some jobs need urgent attention and let me know that it needs to be prioritized when a situation like that comes up. They have always paid invoices quickly and efficiently without problems. When some medical issues came up and the scope of my job had to change, they didn't push for me to do things that I couldn't any longer. That to me shows how much they truly care about the people that work for them.
