We’ll figure out the problem, ask for more details if we need them, and dispatch the right vendor.

This means you can be as detailed as you need to be in explaining the repair issue that you’re eager to have fixed. You can even upload photos to provide a clear visual. We have a documented record of when you asked for help, and what we did to solve the problem – providing accountability and support.
