A Competitive and Generous Referral Program

- Full-Service Management Referral: 50% of one month’s rent. If your client referral signs on for full-service management, we pay you 50% of the first month’s rent once the property is leased.
- Lease-Only or Renter Referrals: 25% of our leasing commission. If you refer a landlord for “Lease-Only” (tenant-placement) services, or a qualified renter who leases one of our available units, we send you 25% of our leasing commission once the property is leased.
