Agent Referral Program

Thank you for your referral of a Property Management client. We value the trust you place with us when sending your contacts to our business.

Our Agent Referral Program offers generous referral compensation based on the type of service provided. For full-service property management clients who sign with us, we pay 50% of the first month’s rent, issued once the property is successfully leased. For lease-only services or tenant referrals, we pay 25% of our leasing commission.

The current areas we manage are Golden, Pleasantview, Arvada, Gennessee, Wheatridge, Morrison, Lakewood, and part of Littleton.
