Agent Referral Program

Thank you for your referral of a Property Management client. We value the trust you place with us when sending your contacts to our business.

Our Agent Referral Program pays 25% of our first leasing commission, + $100, and is valid on Property Management Clients (owners). We do not pay referral commissions for tenant leads.

The current areas we manage are Golden, Pleasantview, Arvada, Gennessee, Wheatridge, Morrison, Lakewood, and part of Littleton. If you aren’t sure if your client’s property fits within our service area, or if you have a referral lead for a different area, please feel free to reach out to Crystal@laurelpropertyservices.com.
