I couldn’t recommend this place less. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I lived in one of their properties for 2 years. I only lived for 2 years because I did not have money to move out before. I am a single mom and we all know the cost of moving. It is very expensive! It is been 2 months I moved out and they just sent me a report with deductions. Even though I deep cleaned the house REALLY WELL, windows, cabinets, everything, they discounted a cleaning fee and professional carpet cleaning from the deposit. Honestly if I knew that this would happen I would not spend one second cleaning the house at move out. Again. It has been TWO MONTHS that I already moved out. When I moved in, the house was filthy. They only gave me $300 dollars to deep clean it, which is not enough to deep clean a place full of carpets. Only professionally clean carpets alone is at least $200 for an entire house, which they require when you sign in the lease, but I never received it in the first place. Not to mention the nightmare of moving into a dirty disgusting place and having to deep clean the house while having the work of moving furniture into the house all at the same time, along with all the broken stuff needed to be fixed. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I had several problems with them while living in their property. They are never willing to help the tenant, they don’t care at all. We all have to pay for the city of Golden apart from rent - water and trash. One time my toilet was leaking. They took 2 weeks to send a plumber to fix that. On top of not being able to use the toilet, my bill came $400 dollars instead of the usual $60. Of course they didn’t do anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people. Nightmare and shady management! No respect with tenants! Good reviews are only for people who work for them if you go through the reviews

Do not use. Poor customer service. I can NOT recommend Laurel Property Management services in Golden - condition of home and outside was POOR, delays on repairs, bogus charges to young college students, and holding onto security deposit 79 days AFTER they moved out.

I have personally dealt with Laurel Properties in Golden Colorado, for a while now, with multiple transactions, all went smooth as an 18 year old good Scotch. The management team are amongst the most dedicated people that I have had the pleasure of working with. The maintenance dept is truly outstanding. when something goes wrong in your home they are right on it to make it perfect again. They truly deserve their own shout out! The properties I have seen all offer a variety of living options all in pristine condition, including common areas, I highly recommend these folks.
